We will clean your home thoroughly head to toe, including bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, halls, laundry, and even outdoor sections.

Our cleans include a thorough dusting of everything, vacuum, mopping, and sanitizing of all areas.

Full kitchen cleaning including all surfaces, appliances, inside and out of cabinets, cleaning of rangehoods and filters when needed, ovens cleans, sanitising sinks and even ensuring dishes are clean and put away where they belong upon request.

On request we can replace bed linen and towels with freshly cleaned and prepared ones and removal and cleaning of used ones (full hotel procedure).

Cobweb removal, full dusting of walls and surfaces (and spot removal) in every room including any ceiling fans and light fittings.

How often should I schedule a regular house cleaning?
We recommend scheduling a regular cleaning service weekly, or at most fortnightly, depending on your household needs and lifestyle, and how many people call the place home.
Currently we only take on daily or weekly clients due to scheduling but can sometimes make exemptions for fortnightly cleans, its worth checking with us.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
No, our cleaners bring their own high-quality commercial grade cleaning supplies and equipment.
However, if you prefer us to use specific products, please let us know often we can be accommodating with certain request of products or cleaning chemicals.
Can I customize my cleaning service?
Yes, our services are fully customizable.
You can specify particular areas or tasks you want us to focus on or add extra services like laundry or window cleaning.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes, all our cleaners are thoroughly background-checked and insured to ensure your home is in safe and trustworthy hands.
You can request specific cleaners for your home as the regular cleaner and also can meet them before undertaking the work if wanted.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning service?
If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee and will arrange a re-clean to address any issues that were missed from the items that are meant to be regularly cleaned at no extra charge.
What should I do to prepare my home for the cleaning service?
Please ensure that clutter is picked up and any personal items are put away.
This allows our cleaners to focus on providing a thorough cleaning job.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home during the clean, most of our clients need there house cleaned whilst at work, so they come home to a clean home.
You can provide our cleaners with a key or instructions on how to access your home sometimes through the use of a lockbox etc.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
In the rare event that something is damaged, please report it within 24 hours.
Our cleaners are insured, and we will address the issue promptly.
What is the commitment term for regular domestic cleaning services?
By undertaking one of our cleaning teams to clean your house regularly they have to schedule their life/weeks around the jobs they need attend.

Due to supporting these people we require a minimum undertaking of 4 weeks, and when you would like to cease the service, a 2 week lead time to help find the cleaners alternate work for their time!
Can I reschedule or cancel a regular appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Usually we simply arrange a following day for a catch up clean if we can work it in with the cleaners schedule.
What if I know someone who could utilise your cleaning service?
If you know someone who could benefit from our cleaning services, we'd love for you to refer them to us! You can share our contact information or direct them to our website.
As a thank you we like to get clients personalised gifts, such as wines, beers or vouchers for a massage etc. we will ask you what you like first of course!
