What is included in an End of lease cleaning service?
Our cleaning service includes a total clean of the entire property, covering all rooms, floors, fixtures, filters and fittings, all that is required to get you your bond back!

Do you provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes our team comes fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and commercial grade equipment, to ensure we get the best results possible for your end of lease clean.
All out cleaners are instructed to bring fresh equipment to every clean, if part of your clean will require a step ladder to reach certain places please inform us prior to your booking.
For End of Lease cleaning, how long does it usually take to effectively clean rooms?
To thoroughly clean a room it varies heavily on how often said room has been maintained.
As a rough rule of thumb we like to allow an allocation of 30-40 minutes per bedroom, and 60 minutes for the average bathroom, (45mins for small bathroom, 90mins for large one)
How much does an End of Lease clean cost?
Depending on the size of the property in Melbourne an end of lease clean can range anywhere from $149 for carpet steam cleaning service to $690 for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom multi storey house full end of lease clean of everything.
Additional things that can effect prices for example can be, steam cleaning services, multiple ovens, deep cleaning of walls or blinds or extensive mould removal treatment etc.
What are all the cleaning services you currently provide?
We provide a wide range of cleaning services including end of lease cleans, commercial cleans, regular office cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, deep wall cleans, and rarely regular house cleans, but its not a service we currently offer via our website.
Are your cleaners insured and police checked?
Yes all our workers are covered by insurance and have to submit to full police checks prior to their employ.
They also have to go through an initial cleaning test and a full run down of how we try operate our business differently, with a shift from pumping through jobs as quick as they can, to client retention cleaning (going above and beyond on cleans as their priority rather than speed running cleans.)
Do we offer a guarantee for our End of Lease Cleans? (Vacate Cleans)
It is standard practice in the industry (or any industry) to do what you say you will do (and are getting paid for) so OF COURSE we offer a 100% guarantee.

In the extremely rare case that anything is missed or a agent has a problem our cleaners will be back usually same day or within 24 hours to ensure it is fixed! We just ask to be notified within 3 days of the clean.
Do you offer Emergency End of Lease Cleans? (Last Minute Bookings)
In the rare case that a client needs a location cleaned same day or next day we can 9/10 times get someone there same day to sort out the clean for them.
There is an extra fee in these rare cases as we have to pay our cleaners that offer to help out with the job overtime pay, which by law in Victoria is 1.5x standard rate for first 2h then 2x standard rate after that, so the pricing has to reflect that.
Aside from covering the cost of our employees, we as a business don't charge any extra fees than standard for this service.
How long on average do End of Lease cleans take?
The duration varies heavily on the size of the property, but as a guide here is an example of some time estimates.

For a 2 bed 2 bath apartment we allocate 5.2 hours - 6.2 hours to clean it thoroughly and to a high standard.

For a 6 bed 5 bath multi storey house we allocate 10.5 hours - 13.5 hours for our cleaners to do the job right!
Do we clean on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we offer cleaning services 7 days a week and even on public holidays.

Moving home is stressful enough as it is, so we do our best to fit into your hectic schedule during this time.

We simply ask that you do your best to book in as much time advance as possible, as these days are in high demand.
How do I get the cleaner the keys to my property for the clean?
Typically we would receive the keys from the real estate agency managing the property, you would leave them with them with a note indicating the cleaners that will be picking up the keys, then after the clean is done we will either leave it with a from desk at an apartment building or drop back at the real estate agency.

Another practice is leaving the keys in a key safe box, let us know where you plan on leaving them an we should be able to make it work.
How late can I cancel my End of Lease booking?
Typically we ask that you notify us of any changes a week in advance as we employ our cleaners full time, and they will have been booked and scheduled for your job on their work roster.

So if a booking is cancelled last minute the cleaner still needs to get paid from us for their time and finding new work to replace the job is near impossible last minute.

So if a clean is cancelled last minute, a last minute cancellation fee has to be charged to help cover this persons wage.
