Full bathroom clean of surfaces, toilets, showers and baths, glass and mirrors, inside and out of cabinets, removal of soap scum, mildew and mold and don't forget the tiles and grout!

Full kitchen cleaning including all surfaces, inside and out of cabinets, cleaning of rangehoods and filters, deep clean ovens, sanitising sinks and a thorough commercial grade polishing and disinfecting.

Cobweb removal, full dusting of walls and surfaces (and spot removal) in every room including any ceiling fans and light fittings.

What is included in an End of lease cleaning service?
Our cleaning service includes a total clean of the entire property, covering all rooms, floors, fixtures, filters and fittings, all that is required to get you your bond back!

Do you provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes our team comes fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and commercial grade equipment, to ensure we get the best results possible for your end of lease clean.
What's NOT included in a standard end of lease clean?Â
Inside and outside of windows, deep cleaning of walls, blinds. (we cover spot cleaning in the clean, but in the case of a deep clean it isn't included as standard)

Steam cleaning of carpets, laundry, balcony, fridge and freezer and any additional powder rooms. (We do offer these services however at additional cost)
How long does an end of lease clean usually take?
The duration will vary depending on the size of the property and the state the property has been left in.

To do our job as best we can we typically allocate 4-5 hours for a 1/bed 1/bath, for a 3/bed 2/bath we estimate 6-8 hours.
Can you guarantee that I will get my bond back?
We have a 100% bond back guarantee, basically if anything cleaning related is the reason that would stop you getting your bond back, we clean it!
Obviously if there is something outside of our control for example a broken window or any damage caused by the tenant, we can't fix that one!
Does my property need to have power and water on for the clean?
Yes power and hot water must be on in order for us to be able to do the clean properly!
We will check with you beforehand to ensure that it is still on, if it isn't on when the cleaners arrive for the job, there will be a cancellation fee charged.
Typically how much do end of lease cleans cost?
The cost varies depending on a few factors such as the size of the property and the overall condition.
It's best practice to get a personalised quote for your needs but as a guide, smaller places can be from $295 with larger places costing upwards of $450
Is there any areas or items we do NOT clean?
While we strive to clean every part of your property we do have some limitations.

We cannot clean hazardous waste, excessive mould build up (we will remove surface mould and mildew), excessively high ceilings and anything unsafe.
Do you offer last minute end of lease clean bookings?
We can offer same day bookings or next 24h bookings but we have to charge a "last minute fee" as we need to cover our workers costs of working overtime, with by law in Australia is 1.5 standard rate for first 2h then double time after that.
Our last minute fee is an extra 35% on normal cost.
What areas or suburbs do you service?
Currently we provide our cleaning services to all areas in Melbourne CBD and its Eastern suburbs.

We do currently handle some jobs in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne as well but it is best to check with us regardless of which suburb you are in as we can usually cater for all jobs!
